Annual Report Filing

What is a Florida Annual Report?

A Florida Annual Report is a mandatory filing required by the State of Florida to keep your business in active status. It confirms and updates your business information on record with the Division of Corporations.

All Florida corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships, and limited liability limited partnerships are required
to file an Annual Report each year.

Annual Reports are due between January 1st and May 1st each year. Filings submitted after May 1st are subject to a $400 late fee imposed by the state.

Our service fee is $299, which includes preparation and submission of your Annual Report on your behalf.

Once we submit your filing, the State of Florida typically processes Annual Reports within 1-3 business days. Processing times are determined by the state and are outside our control.

Filings submitted after May 1st incur a $400 late fee imposed by the state. If the Annual Report is not filed by the third Friday of September, the state will administratively dissolve or revoke your business.
